Dop Off &
Pick Ups

Dogs must be dropped off at their appointment & picked up once called.

Parents are not allowed to stay on campus while dog is grooming.

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

A $15 late fee applies if you’re 10–15 minutes late.

$20 late fee if you’re 15–20 minutes late.

30+ minutes late will be rescheduled & $20 fee added.

Day Cancellation

Same day cancellation results in a $20.00 fee on your next bill.

No-shows result in a $20.00 fee before your next appointment is approved.

Additional fees and extra time may be required.

Severely matted coats must be shaved for the dog’s safety and comfort.

Parents will be contacted if a complete shave down is necessary.
